How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs can vary significantly based on things like your order size, your location, delivery complexities (including taxes / border requirements) and the time of year. In most cases, shipping is calculated based on your postcode and is calculated at the checkout. Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $80 AUD. 

You can opt for Standard Shipping, which is slower but more economical, or Express Shipping, which costs more but includes complimentary tracking and a faster arrival time. 

Wholesale and Stockist shipping prices are calculated on a case - by - case basis and form part of your ongoing agreement with Rhone. For stockist / wholesale enquiries, please contact us at info@rhoneskincare.com.au

When will my order be dispatched?

We’re excited for you to receive your order too! All orders are shipped 1-2 business days after your payment has been received. Once we’ve picked, packaged and posted your goodies, we’ll send you an update via email so you know to keep an eye out. 

Pro Tip: Express Shipping includes free tracking, so not only will you receive your order quicker, but you’ll be able to watch it make its way to you in record time!

I need my order, like, yesterday. Do you offer Express?

Absolutely! Simply select ‘Express Shipping’ at the checkout and your order will be on your doorstep (hopefully) before your 5 o’clock shadow has time to turn into a luscious facial mane. 

Note: Typically orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. If you require faster dispatch, please email us info@rhoneskincare.com.au and we’ll see what we can do for you!

How long will my order take to arrive?

This is a tricky one because our shipping times can vary drastically based on the time of year, your location, your order size and other variables. However, we ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment, and if all goes to plan, your order should arrive between 3-10 business days after that! If your order is untracked and it seems like it’s taking too long to arrive, simply reach out to us info@rhoneskincare.com.au with your Order Number and we’ll see if we can chase it up for you on our end.

Do you offer pick up?

Our distribution centre doesn’t currently have a safe place to facilitate customer pick ups. However, if you’ve got a special request (especially stockist and wholesale requests) email us info@rhoneskincare.com.au and we’ll see what we can do for you!

Oops! I made a mistake when putting in my shipping info

No worries, these things happen. If you need to make changes to your order / delivery details, send us an email at info@rhoneskincare.com.au ASAP with your Order Number or a copy of your email confirmation. 

So long as we’ve still got your order in the warehouse, we should be able to redirect or amend it for you. Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent, we can’t change the destination or call it back to alter your order.

Can I track my order?

Our ‘Standard’ shipping option doesn’t include tracking, however if you choose to upgrade to ‘Express Shipping’, your order will come with complimentary tracking (and you’ll get it sooner!).

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Australia. If you’re from overseas though and are keen to try our range, feel free to email us at info@rhoneskincare.com.au so we can do some research and see if we can set you up with some Rhone goodies across the ditch / ocean!

Can you ship my order to a PO. Box / Business Address?

Due to the size of our products, we don’t offer shipping to PO Boxes as they simply won’t fit in the space. However, we love making colleagues jealous and we can absolutely ship your goodies to your workplace! Just let us know in the notes section so our couriers know which biz to ask for when they arrive.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We take pride in making sure your goodies look as good as your beard when they arrive, so we like to think our packaging looks pretty schmick anyway! However, gift wrapping isn’t a standard service at the moment. You can always reach out info@rhoneskincare.com.au for special requests though! 

If you’d like your order to arrive without a receipt (so the recipient doesn’t know how much you spent), simply let us know in the notes section, and be sure to put a different ‘Billing’ address in when you’re adding shipping details. That way, your buddy gets the goods and you get the bill (well, someone’s got to!)

Returns & Refund Qs

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. However, if you’ve had a change of heart and your goodies are unopened, we’re happy for you to ship your order back to us in exchange for a store credit or some different products. 

Simply email us info@rhoneskincare.com.au with your Order Number and we’ll let you know where to return the package to (all we ask is that you cover the cost and responsibility for the shipping).

How long do I have to return my products?

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept return requests for unopened products within 30 days of your order date. This is because our products are perishable and need to be stored carefully to retain their effectiveness.

I’ve given my products a try and they’re not for me. What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds if you’ve changed your mind about what you bought. 

However, we understand there’s different circumstances, so please reach out about your experience info@rhoneskincare.com.au and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

My order has arrived damaged / incomplete / incorrect.

Damn, don’t you hate it when things like that happen! No worries, snap a few pics of your order, including the packaging (if it’s damaged) and send them through with your Order Number info@rhoneskincare.com.au. We’ll sort it out and make sure a replacement is on its way ASAP.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Our orders typically go straight to the warehouse for picking and packing. However, if you want to cancel your order and you’ve only just placed it, please reach out info@rhoneskincare.com.au with your Order Number. If your order hasn’t been picked, we should be able to put a hold on it for you. Unfortunately, once your order is packed and posted, we can’t call it back.

We’ve included usage instructions on the product itself, but if you’re after more information, simply visit our [product page] and select the product you’re using there. The description and specifications give detailed information to help you get the most out of your purchase.

How do I go about stocking Rhone in my store?

We’d love to see Rhone on your shelves! Stockist applications are always welcome. Email us info@rhoneskincare.com.au to get the ball rolling. We’ll set you up with our application form and a stockist account so you can access special pricing, scheduled replenishment and exclusive media assets.
